The problem is that the blue light that emits the 'smartphones' makes our brain understand that it is still day when we use them at night. This rdelays the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone, which creates difficulties to sleep, as explained by the company.

But we can also suffernight awakenings, which implies a rest of bad quality and leads us to live episodes of insomnia. In addition, other negative effects that are associated with blue light are visual stress, headaches, and eye irritation and fatigue.

On the other hand, by using these technological devices before going to bed, we are forcing our brain to pay attention, activating it. Everything contrary to what should happen before going to sleep because, in this way, it will cost us more to relax, disconnect and rest.

Avoid its use or use filters

No 'smartphone', no tablet, no laptop, no e-book or TV, since not only blue light is harmful to our rest, since so are the LED lights that emit these equipment.
