The magistrates of the National Court are going to get a master’s degree on Ryanair’s labor practices. The court adds four sentences and one order against the Irish low-cost airline in the last year, following complaints filed by the USO and Sitcpla unions. The Hearing has condemned the multinational for null dismissal, violation of the right to strike and illegal transfer of workers, among other irregularities. To these pronouncements are added two more convictions from other courts, for the dismissal of a trade unionist. In total, seven court decisions against it in just one year. All of them have been appealed by the company, Ryanair sources maintain.
