CD Juan Grande thrashed this Sunday 5-2 at YOU Passion fruit Tenerife B, in the first victory of the Grancanario team in the Iberdrola Women's Football Challenge League, while the Femarguín Spar Gran Canaria CD lost in Arguineguín against Alhama de Murcia by 2-3.
Juan Grande premiered in the competition, on the fourth league day, and did it in a big way, with a huge victory in the island's rivalry match against Granadilla Tenerife B.
Those from the southeast of Gran Canaria dominated the 1-0 break with a goal from Cori, on penalty, in the 10th minute.
