He ElcheCF just made official this Wednesday the signing of Jorge Almirón as new coach of the Elche group. The Argentine coach will be in charge of replacing Pacheta and will lead the franjiverde team in the First Division. It was an open secret that, finally, has been confirmed.
Jorge Francisco Almirón (June 19, 1971) is a coach with a proven reputation in Argentine soccer, where has directed the Lanús, which he made champion and took him to the Copa Libertadores runner-up and Independiente as the most outstanding team. He has also directed historical clubs in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Saudi Arabia.
