Madrid, Jul 16 (EFE) .- Prisa Media has appointed Javier Muñoz general secretary of the company, in which he will also direct the affairs and legal resources of the businesses and press headlines and other transversal business areas, and the legal coordination of the digital transformation of the group's media.
Muñoz (Madrid, 1980), a recognized specialist in international commercial operations and in comparative civil and commercial law, has been the director of the legal department of Prisa Radio since 2014.
During these years, he has directed and coordinated all matters and legal resources for Prisa Radio in Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica and the US.
With six languages, Javier Muñoz has a degree in Law and Business Law from Icade, a Master's in European Union Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and an Executive MBA from the Esade Business School.
The new secretary general has also combined his career with teaching for more than ten years, giving classes at various university institutions.
