After a dry winter, where good weather has been the protagonist, the Spring it begins at Canary Islands with meteorological instability.
The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has predicted the yellow warning for coastal phenomena, from 03.00 on this Friday and until noon on Saturday in the south, east and west of Gran Canaria and Tenerife and the westernmost islands, by waves up to four meters high.
The Aemet expects waves from the northeast with force 7 in the southeast of The Palm, north of The iron, west of La Gomera, southeast and temporarily extreme northwest of Tenerife, south of Anaga-Agaete channel, west and southeast of Gran Canaria and in the south of channel Jandía-La Isleta. The wind will be the other protagonist with the forecast of strong gusts from the northeast.
Saturday will send as the day progresses and will give entry to a new episode of haze and little by little to weak rainfall until the arrival of a cold storm isolated for next Monday and will water the Archipelago at the beginning of the week with weak and moderate showers and low probability of occasionally strong and with storms.
