Inditex will establish a fixed minimum salary among its employees of 18,000 euros per year after reaching an agreement with CC OO and UGT. The agreement, which comes after four months of negotiations and protests by company workers, equalizes wages across the group, regardless of brand and territory.

Specifically, the agreement establishes a salary of 18,000 euros, without adding supplements, for a dependent who has less than a year and a half of seniority in the company. Likewise, a maximum of 24,500 euros is established for store managers.
