A 43-year-old woman has been transferred at dawn this Monday to a hospital in critical condition after allegedly being assaulted by her husband in the municipality of Carballo (A Coruña), who has fled and is wanted by the Civil Guard.
As reported by sources from the investigation to Europa Press, the events occurred around 2:45 a.m. this Monday at the Fontecaldeira site, in Carballo, where a witness found the woman on the street after being attacked and alerted the Meritorious.
061 sent two basic life support ambulances to the scene, health personnel from the Carballo PAC and an advanced life support ambulance, which, after a first assistance at the scene, transferred the injured woman, about 43 years old, to the Hospital A Coruña, have confirmed health sources.
Sources of the investigation have pointed out that the injured woman has been evacuated to the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario A Coruña (A Coruña) "in critical condition".
For their part, the two minor children of this couple remain in the custody of a direct relative, they have assured by the same sources consulted.
