The court already has the identity of the man who disseminated the photograph and personal data of the Pack's victim after agents of the Central Cybercrime Unit of the National Police managed to identify him, Efe has confirmed police sources.
It is, according to the digital page of El Periódico, a 40-year-old man who calls himself Eric, a resident of Barcelona, a follower of the Legion and who used a neighbor's wifi to connect and humiliate the young woman.
Police sources have confirmed that this man was identified a long time ago and that nothing else to verify that it had been him, the agents gave account to the court of Madrid that takes the case of the results of their investigations but they did not stop the suspect.
The court that tried the events, which took place in the 2006 Sanfermines, did not include in the judgment any personal data of the young woman who was sexually assaulted by five men, who were sentenced to 9 years in prison.
Shortly after the judgment was made public, the young woman denounced the dissemination of personal data and threatening messages in digital media and social networks.
