How a vegan diet can affect your intelligence

Nowadays, and especially in western countries, people who adhere to a vegetarian or vegan diet for health reasons or animalistic causes have increased considerably. Creatine, carnosine, taurine, EPA and DHA omega-3 (the third type can be found in plants), heme iron and vitamins B12 and D3 are usually only found naturally in foods derived from animal products. Others are found in vegan foods, but only in small quantities.

A diet for smart?
