Hyperdino has strengthened its offer of salted fish for this Easter, especially in the variety of salted fish and fresh species such as cherne, sea bass, stoker, cod and ling, among others. These can be found in any of its 95 fishmongers and on its online channel hiperdino.es
Ramon Blanco, one of the managers of HiperDino's fishmonger category, explains that “we are known for having the largest assortment of fish, which together with its high quality and freshness, has allowed more and more customers to trust their purchase in us, also in these days when their consumption increases ”. He emphasizes that "in addition, the assisted service is another of our differentiating aspects, since the staff takes care of attending and caring for the client at all times".
With more than 50 tons of salted fish sold in the last season, the chain leads the sales of salted fish and, for this year, it has prepared about 75 tons.
The Canarian sancocho is part of the idiosyncrasy of the islands and, as a typical and festive dish, it usually brings families together around a table.
Over the years, HiperDino has wanted to contribute to this tradition and every year many customers come to one of its stores in search of salted fish to make this dish.
