He adds that “healthy eating is another content that will be promoted through activities such as, for example, talks to families with minors in their care.”

For its part, Ciprian Rivas, General Director of Tourism Planning and Promotion of the Government of the Canary Islands, and President of the Board of Directors of Hoteles Escuela de Canarias Hecansa, highlights that “the commitment made by Hoteles Escuelas de Canarias to promote our proximity products will be reflected in the applied training of its students, future chefs who will act as prescribers of what is ours. Perfectly combining sustainability and environmental protection as one of the sustainable development goals “.

HiperDino and Hecansa will work together to promote projects, events and activities related to healthy eating and gastronomy, especially with local products, contributing to the knowledge and prestige of Canarian products and the cuisine that is made in the Canary Islands.

Conferences, talks, masterclasses, courses, workshops, seminars, culinary demonstrations and tastings, as well as contests, conferences, exhibitions and fairs will be part of this project, for which it is already working on its programming.
