End to the mandatory use of masks indoors
Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, April 20, masks will no longer be mandatory indoors. It is approved this Tuesday by the Council of Ministers. In the norm there will be exceptions, such as social health centers, centers for the elderly – where visitors or workers will have to put it on – or public transport.
In addition to the mandatory places, there will be others, such as work, in which wearing a face mask or not will be in the hands of what the occupational risk prevention services decide based on the conditions of each space. If there is poor ventilation, experts recommend that it continue to be carried and also if there is no minimum distance between workers.
It will also have to be worn if you have mild symptoms compatible with COVID-19. In that case, it will be mandatory within ten days after the start of the discomfort or the positive.
