Hamilton will start first in the Belgian Grand Prix – The Province

English Lewis hamilton (Mercedes), leader of the Formula One World Championship, will start first this Sunday at the Belgian Grand Prix, the seventh of the contest, after having been better this Saturday in the qualifying session held at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Hamilton extended his own historical pole record in the premier class to 93 – the sixth in Spa – by covering the 7,004 meters of the legendary Belgian track in one minute, 41 seconds and 252 thousandths, 511 less than his Finnish partner Valtteri Bottas, who will go out with him from the front row.
