The Guatemalan Foreign Ministry, in charge of organizing the change of command event, also confirmed the presence in the act of the President of Colombia, Iván Duque, and his Panamanian colleague, Laurentino Cortizo.

The president of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, will also attend; that of the Dominican Republic, Danilo Medina; that of Ecuador, Lenín Moreno and that of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele.

The president of Haiti, Jovenel Moise, will also be present at the ceremony, the Foreign Ministry certified.
