Coinciding with the Tokyo Olympics, Google has launched Champion Island Games, a new ‘doodle’ that allows you to experience the games more intensely. The video game is inspired by the old ‘arcade’ consoles of the 80s and the protagonist is Lucky, a cat in traditional Japanese clothing that must traverse a map with seven Olympic disciplines –skateboarding, table tennis, archery, synchronized swimming, rock climbing, rugby and marathon– to be able to accumulate points and get to get the 22 trophies of the competition.
