The timple said goodbye yesterday to one of the greats of the Canarian sound, Luis Millares Sall, better known as
Totoyo Thousandsbut he will always remain in the memory of every lover of the melodies of the archipelago and of all those who were able to share with him a little bit of his talent, his mastery and his virtuous music.

The timplista trained numerous musicians and created the first academy dedicated to teaching the instrument on the islands.
