The painter already has experience on the ground in other missions: with the Spanish troops in Afghanistan, in 2012, or with the "blue helmets" in Lebanon, or the EU operation in Mali, materialized later in paintings with their characteristic realistic style -historicist

"I am an artist, I paint what I see," said Ferrer-Dalmau, who indicated that "the situation is the same as in other missions, the danger is at any time."

The painting will remain in Russia, although the artist expressed his intention that at some point it could also be exhibited in Spain, although there are no specific dates in that sense.
