TheGovernment of the Canary Islandshas explained that this game will allowfinance 29 projectsaimed at guiding 261 people at risk of social exclusion, 150 unemployed people with disabilities and 15 immigrants towards training and employment integration.At the end of the project, at least 136 will access a job.
Here, the director of the SCE, Sergio Alonso, explained that "these programs reach people with many difficulties, little or no training that often lack skills and can not be included in other programs of grants and training aid. for employment. "
"The professionals who assist them in these counseling services perform a personalized intervention, adapted to the specific needs of each participant, and accompany them throughout the process," he continued.
On the other hand, the 29 projects subsidized this year will be aimed at providing training and career guidance in certificatesprofessionals such as basic cooking operations, care for dependents, nurseries and gardens, agriculture, administrative activities or customer service, among others.
The integrated labor insertion itineraries areframed within the European Social Fundand through them the Government of the Canary Islands promotes the labor insertion of people at risk of social exclusion, with disabilities and immigrants.
Finally, the projects developed by the entities, which must have a minimum of a total of one thousand hours, begin with the reception and diagnosis of each case, continue with a training action adapted to their particularities and needs, receive support to favor their insertion work with job search techniques and management of non-work practices in companies.
