DinoSol Foundation donates children's blankets for public hospitals in the Canary Islands



Fundación DinoSol, the entity through which HiperDino manages all its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions, has donated 927 children's blankets to public hospitals in the Canary Islands with a Pediatric Area.

The director of the DinoSol Foundation, Virginia Avilamet with the director of the Health Area of ​​Tenerife, Ignatius Lopezto deliver these blankets, coinciding with the International Childhood Cancer Day.

The event was also attended by the manager of the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital, Natacha Sujanani; the medical director of the University Hospital of the Canary Islands, Bustabad Tabernacleand the Director of Nursing at the University Hospital of the Canary Islands, Loreto Barroso.

Virginia Avila highlighted that "With this donation that we are making today, we want to brighten up, in some way, the stay of children who are hospitalized and help make this situation as bearable as possible for both them and their families."

In total, 927 children's blankets for beds and cribs have been donated, with an exclusive design by the Dino Family, HiperDino's most representative family of dinosaurs aimed at children, to the Hospital Nuestra Señora de Los Reyes (El Hierro); General Hospital of Fuerteventura; Insular University Hospital Complex – Maternal and Child (Gran Canaria); Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital (Lanzarote); Our Lady of Guadalupe Hospital (La Gomera); General Hospital of La Palma; Hospital Universitario de Canarias, and Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria, both in Tenerife.
