The singer Pete Shelley, vocalist of the punk band Buzzcocks, he died at the age of 63 in Estonia, where he had established his residence, apparently from a heart attack, according to his brother Gary McNeish on social media.
"This is the hardest thing I've had to do, it's tell you that my brother Pete Shelley had a heart attack this morning and passed away," McNeish said on his Facebook account.
Pete Shelley formed with Howard Devoto in 1976 the band Buzzcocks, one of the fundamental groups of the British rock point. In 1978 they released their first album Another Music In a Different Kitchen. The group split up in 1981 and from that moment Pete Shelley focused on his solo career.
