The popular jury conformed before the First Section of the Provincial Court of Las Palmas has unanimously declared guilty Adriel Hernández Rodríguez for the death of Aldo Santana Apolinario in the vicinity of Alfedro Calderón, in the Las Alcaravaneras area of the Gran Canaria capital. The jury has taken into account the incomplete defense of psychic alteration.
The crime occurred around ten o'clock on the night of April 12, 2017, and had as a trigger the return of some hot dogs in poor condition.
