The Post Employment Commission has approved the job offer for 2019, included in the 2018-2020 agreement signed on December 19 with the unions, by which the state company will convene 4,055 seats through competitive examination. The job offer is intended to cover operational positions, such as distribution, customer service and classification, although there is still no official deadline to publish the bases of the calls.
According to the Independent Trade Union and Officials Center (CSIF), of the 4,055 posts offered by Correos, 1,869 correspond to the replacement rate of 2017; 1,612 seats, at the same rate but 2018; and 574 are part of the Stabilization Plan, included in the aforementioned agreement that facilitated the dismissal of strikes in December.
With respect to the 1,612 jobs that correspond to the replacement rate of 2018, CSIF informs that, as established by law, they must be made public before the end of the year.
The 2018-2020 job offer agreed in the Post Office with the unions includes salary improvements and to the creation of more than 11,000 jobs fixed.
