Thus, the Civil Guard agents re-located him on April 6 at 07.10 after circulating with his vehicle when he was found parked at a service station and eating inside it.

At that time, he indicated to the agents that he had gone to the pharmacy to buy a certain medication, information that was verified in the pharmacy, which stated that the medication would not arrive at the establishment until the following day.

He denounced He also told officers that he had previously gone to Main Post of San Mateo to ask for authorization to go to the pharmacy, an end that was verified and turned out to be a lie. For this reason, the person was denounced for the fourth time and sent urgently to his home.

However, at just three hours, specifically at 11.10 a.m. the same day, the Civil Guard surprised J.A.H.S. driving his vehicle, again stating that he had gone out to buy his medication at the pharmacy, and that he had called the Post to ask for permission, this statement was “false”, so he was immediately arrested for ignoring the above indications as the alleged author of a crime of disobedience.

Finally, the detainee, together with the measures taken, has been brought to justice by the corresponding guardian court in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Subsequently, after 03:00 hours, the agents received a warning again, locating the woman again in the aforementioned street, altering the order, an attitude that is aggravated by the measures imposed on the state of alarm, for which she was detained by a crime of resistance and serious disobedience.

Finally, agents of the Civil Guard of the Rapid Intervention Group (GIR), in Fuerteventura, arrested a young man, 18 years old and a neighbor of La Oliva, in the early hours of April 11, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of resistance and disobedience , when fleeing from the agents when they found him walking on the street in breach of the aforementioned health alarm.

In this sense, the agents met at 3:00 am in the morning, in the vicinity of the Corralejo health center, an 18-year-old young man who ran away in the presence of the agents despite being required to stop, finally being intercepted in the vicinity of Geranio street in that town, about 300 meters away.

In this case, the detainee, together with the measures taken, has been brought to justice by the corresponding judged as guard of Puerto del Rosario.

The Civil Guard of the Rapid Intervention Group (GIR) of Fuerteventura has administratively denounced also at dawn on April 11 two women of English nationality, tourists residing on the island of 43 and 27 years, for failing to comply with the movement limitation measures imposed in article 7 of Royal Decree 463/2020, March 14, which declared the state of health alarm.

Thus, due to the surveillance carried out by the Civil Guard Two women were found at around 02:30 am driving an electric aid vehicle for people with reduced mobility through the Juan Carlos I Avenue of Corralejo. At first one of the women explained to the agents that she was going to the health center because she had to get an injection immediately, due to illness, so the agents decided to accompany them to the doctor to check her version.

However, once on the spot and after interviewing the medical practitioners the agents know that the injection was not urgent, something that the women were aware of, in addition to being informed of the pertinent schedule for this type of medicine administration, which was from 10:00 in the morning. For this reason, the Civil Guard denounces the two women for two administrative infractions.
