In the face of the global coronavirus situation, live music giant Live Nation is instructing its touring artists to return home. As reported by the specialized publication “Billboard”, these recommendations would affect all tours promoted by the company, both domestic in the United States and internationally.
Due to the almost universal restrictions of massive shows, Live Nation advises its artists to stop and reevaluate the situation in April, setting itself the goal of resuming the activity in May or June. It has also asked its employees not to go to their offices to work and to do so from home. The company’s headquarters in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles) will be closed until the end of this month.
The company’s shares crashed 16 percent on Wednesday on the dark outlook due to health restrictions and fear of the population.
