Companies launch outsourcing to loosen the burden of the pandemic




Cycles of economic recession often serve to change the configuration of companies, which tend to optimize their structures to cut expenses in times of lean cows. In this sense, one of the most used mechanisms is the outsourcing of services or ‘outsorcing‘which helps companies free themselves from the most underused departments, managing to move some of their fixed costs to variable costs.

Thus, since the beginning of the pandemic, four out of ten medium-sized companies claim to have outsourced some of their services; 23% of the firms that have done it with between one and three lines of business have gone further, while 15% have done so
