Collin Farrel to star in 'the Batman' spin-off on HBO Max

This archenemy of the masked crusader was previously portrayed by Danny De Vitto in 1991 in the second film installment of the character directed by Tim Burton. More recently, actor Tim Taylor was the one who took up the mantle of the character on the 'Gotham' series.
