Chinese exports fall 1.1% year-on-year in November

Chinese exports fell 1.1 percent year-on-year in November compared to the same month last year, reflecting the impact of the trade war with the United States on foreign trade in the Asian country, according to data released today by the Administration General of Customs.

China's imports grew, however, for the first time since last April, by 0.3 percent over the previous year.

The Chinese foreign trade surplus dropped to $ 38.730 million in November, compared to $ 42.911 million in October.
