Casado's 'number three' breaches the PP statutes by accumulating incompatible positions
Ana Beltrán, 'number three' of the leadership of Pablo Casado's Popular Party fails to comply The statutes of her own political formation despite being the deputy secretary of Organization and, therefore, the main one in charge of enforcing the internal norms of the party throughout the country. In addition to occupying that position in the national Executive, Beltrán is the president of the PP of Navarra and a deputy in the Congress of Deputies for the Madrid constituency. These last two positions are incompatible, according to the current statutes of the party, which continue to be those approved in the 18th National Congress of the PP that was held in the capital in February 2017, when it was still chaired by Mariano Rajoy.
