Getting a 21st century youth to separate their eyes from a screen requires offering added value for them and their families. With that idea in mind, it will soon be 20 years ago that Claret School launched its Claret Aire Libre (CAL) group to offer an alternative. Today Wednesday, April 10, the center of Las Palmas de Gran Caanria organizes an Open Door Day in which, in addition to being able to know the operation and academic offer of the school, several CAL students will be telling their experience to whoever wants to approach. Around 300 boys and girls between 8 and 14 years old, together with animators, monitors, family members and others responsible for logistics and Intendancy will travel to Castilian-Leonese lands for the summer star camp. The Alto del León, in San Rafael (Segovia), will be the meeting place of the displaced campers from the Claret schools in Las Palmas, Seville and Badajoz in the second half of July.
