The Minister of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation,Josep Borrell, has been shown this Wednesday convinced that "at the moment of truth" Catalan pro-independence groups will vote on the draftGeneral State Budgets (PGE).
"What do you play to that, a lot of bravado, but, when it comes to the truth, they vote for it?", he said during an appearance in the Joint Congress-Senate Committee for the EU.
Borrell has insisted, as in the last few days, that the separatists seem to say one day one thing and another the opposite in relation to the Budgets. "But I think they're going to vote, but not because we have a secret pact with them but because of their own interest", has added.
The minister responded in this way tothe criticisms of the PPabout the parliamentary partners with which the government must approve the budgets, although the senator of ERCLaura CastellHe has also talked about the matter, precisely when the executive disliked the dialogue, but later made decisions such as not inviting the Generalitat to international events that take place in Catalonia.
