Borràs and Asens criticize that the rest of Catalan leaders do not go to the RTVE debate

The number two of JxCat to the general elections, Laura Borràs, and the candidate of the communes, Jaume Asens (ECP), criticized on Tuesday that the rest of the leaders of the Catalan parties were absent from the RTVE debate and He left his position to other candidates of lower rank in the list.
In her first intervention in the debate, Borràs has reproached Cs, PP, PSC and ERC for having "a lack of respect for the media, its professionals and the audience", and thanked Asens who, like her, did he has kept his agenda and has come to the meeting.
Asens also regretted that "all the candidates that should have been" have not gone, and he has applauded Borràs who, like him, has not resigned when he saw that the rest of the invited candidates were taking off.
In the beginning, the participants had to be Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo (PP); Inés Arrimadas (Cs); Meritxell Batet (PSC); Gabriel Rufián (ERC); Laura Borràs (JxCat), and Jaume Asens: all the cartel leaders except Rufián and Borràs, which are number two because Oriol Junqueras and Jordi Sànchez are in preventive detention.
As of this Monday morning, it began to be known that four of the six candidates that had been announced were successively being taken down, and that the only ones who maintained the commitment were Borràs and Asens.
Borràs has attributed the changes to the fact that the PSOE candidate for the Presidency, Pedro Sánchez, has resigned from participating in the RTVE debate at the state level and this has meant a "movement of names" that has ended up affecting the disconnection debate for Catalonia.
