Binter plans to open new routes with Africa – La Provincia

Binter studies opening new routes to Africa and the Peninsula in the summer and plans to increase the frequency between islands according to customer demand after Air Europa's exit from the inter-island market. The president of the Canarian airline, Pedro Agustín del Castillo, met yesterday with the head of the regional Executive, Ángel Víctor Torres, to analyze the effects of the bankruptcy of Thomas Cook. Del Castillo ruled out creating a new 100% Canary airline to solve connectivity problems, as Ashotel has suggested.
