Bilbao cancels C. Tangana's concert for his "machistas" lyrics – La Provincia

The Bilbao City Hall has canceled the concert that the Madrid rapper C. Tangana I planned to offer on Saturday, August 24 at the Europa Park in the framework of the Aste Nagusia from the capital of Biscay, after protests for the "macho" lyrics of their songs. The Puerto Rican singer will act instead Pedro Hood, grandson of the legendary Bobby Capó, author of the well-known song Brownish skin, according to sources from the Bilbao Consistory.

After the controversy caused by the content of the lyrics of some of the compositions of C. Tangana, a signature collection campaign was opened to request the cancellation of his concert, which accumulated 10,000 accessions in 24 hours asking for the cancellation of the performance.
