Bernardo Montoya returns to give judicial statement this week

Bernardo Montoya, confessed murderer of the young Zamora Laura Luelmo in El Campillo (Huelva) last December, will testify this Thursday before the Court of Instruction 1 of Valverde del Camino (Huelva), which instructs the case.
The declaration will take place, have indicated to Efe legal sources, next Thursday, April 4, in compliance with the ruling issued at the end of February by the owner of the court and will take place by videoconference from the prison of Seville II, where it is located. in preventive detention for these events.
It will be the first time that Montoya explains to the instructor the new version that he now maintains of the facts, in which he claims not to be the author of them and blames an ex-partner he met in the Puerto III prison, named Juana, jealousy pointing as mobile.
In the ruling, the judge said that once the new testimony of Montoya occurs "will be agreed on the relevance of declaration" of this ex-partner, as well as the mother of the same.
It will be the first time also that Montoya is represented by his new lawyer, Miguel Rivera, who has shown his satisfaction for this citation to his client.
