The president of the Congress of Deputies, Meritxell Batet, warned this Thursday that
it is irresponsible to use tension as a means of doing politics and has appealed to the value of dialogue and consensus against those who use the word "as a weapon of destruction of the adversary."

Meritxell Batet praised the value of the culture of agreement and consensus during the speech she gave in the Parliament of the Canary Islands on the occasion of the solemn session held in the Autonomous Chamber to commemorate the 4

The four parliamentarians of Sí Podemos Canarias, who are part of the pact that supports the Government presided over by the socialist Ángel Víctor Torres, have not attended the session to show their disagreement with Batet's decision to withdraw the seat from the former national deputy of the formation by Santa Cruz de Tenerife Alberto Rodríguez.
