Bankia puts on sale 1,200 homes for less than 75,000 euros

Bankia and Haya Real Estate put on sale a selection of more than 2,000 properties with discounts of up to 40%, distributed throughout the national territory and whose discounts will be valid until November 30. Of these, 1,200 are homes that can be purchased for less than 75,000 euros. The offer is completed with garages, storage rooms and real estate assets such as floors, industrial buildings, commercial premises and offices.

The properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in provincial capitals, dormitory towns and small towns. By typology, this campaign offers both urban and coastal housing, all of it second-hand.

The proposal, commercially known as the "End of the Year Campaign, has been jointly carried out together with Haya Real Estate, an entity that manages the real estate assets owned by the bank, and completes the one launched by both entities in the month of September, with which total a total of 6,700 properties with discounts of up to 40%.

With regard to real estate, the offer is concentrated in the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia, with more than 500 assets offered in each. In Catalonia, more than 390 assets have been selected, 320 in Andalusia and 120 in Castilla-La Mancha.
