The Commercial Court number 9 of Madrid has confirmed today that the offer of the brothers Simon and David Reuben by the Financial City of Banco Santander, in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), is the "best" of all those presented, which means that the entity fails in its attempt to buy back these facilities.

In the car known today, the magistrate rejects the claims of Santander and defends the solvency of the Reuben proposal, carried out through Sorlinda Investment, on the understanding that it provides "sufficient guarantees to ensure the execution of the offer".

The decision takes place in the framework of the bankruptcy of Marme Inversiones, owner of the property that houses the central services of the entity.
