The president of FAES and former president of the Government, José María Aznar, has warned of “enormously serious” consequences for Spain due to the pact of the PSOE with “the heirs of ETA”, referring to EH-Bildu, to repeal the labor reform in exchange of his abstention in the extension of the state of alarm.
In an interview on the COPE Network, he questioned whether the EU would allow Spain, after this pact with Bildu to change the entire framework of labor relations, to “ask for subsidies and transfers” to the rest of European countries.
“The degree of irresponsibility is of such magnitude, the transfer of red lines, of good sense, of the sense of responsibility is of such enormity that the consequences can only be, from the economic, social and political point of view, enormously serious” , has warned.
Aznar has said that the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, is “a true irresponsible” and has regretted that the country is in his hands and in the hands of his “Chavistas, Communists and separatists”, in addition to criticizing the “superficiality, the political nonsense and the stupidity of variable geometries “to hide their irresponsibility.
With regard to the position in which Ciudadanos remains, who agreed with the Government on its support for the extension of the state of alarm “unjustifiably and without necessity”, according to Aznar, before the agreement with EH-Bildu was known, he said that if he being a member of this party would not be “very satisfied” today.
He recalled a recent editorial by the Foundation for Analysis and Social Studies (FAES) in which he already warned the leader of Ciudadanos, Inés Arrimadas, that the role of Sánchez would happen to him, as in the fable of the frog and the scorpion. – that it would end up biting him because “it is in his nature”.
The former Prime Minister has considered that Spain is facing an “extraordinarily dangerous” situation from the economic and social point of view and has warned that there is “a great risk” of “outbreaks” in this latter area and “many problems social “because there is an economic” catastrophe “.
He has defended the strategy of the leader of the PP, Pablo Casado, who in a difficult situation is carrying things “with ease and with a great desire to serve the country.”
