Valve has announced the official launch date of the new Half-Life: Alyx, which will arrive on PC next 23 of March. Gabe Newell’s company presented this latest installment of Half-Life, at the end of November, as his main commitment to virtual reality. Half-Life: Alyx will be compatible with Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality.
The same day of the launch of Half-Life: Alyx, will finish Steam promotion with which Valve allows play all deliveries of the saga for free. The objective of this offer is that all players interested in the new installment can remember the history of the previous titles.
The Half-Life: Alyx announcement at the end of November 2019 caused that Valve Index, the company’s new virtual reality headset,
sold out in virtually everyone. In early summer, Valve launched the product in 31 countries, 30 of which were left without stock by the end of the year.
Half-Life is a mythical saga, which revolutionized action video games in the first person, with a gameplay, characters and a story, which fascinated the fans. Since 2007, a large part of the player community awaits the announcement of Half-Life 3, the continuation of the story of Gordon Freeman.
