If you have a company and you have not implemented a gender pay register for your workforce, you are late. In two weeks, on April 14, it will be within six months that the Government gave to have this remuneration record ready, which intends to combat the pay gap between men and women, with the details required by its regulations. It must be available to all companies, whatever their size. Failure to comply with this obligation is considered a serious labor offense, which can be sanctioned with fines of up to 6,250 euros. If discrimination is detected, the fines can amount to 187,515 euros.
