An exorcist priest, boxer and ex-convict who lives in exile in a remote village in Spain is the protagonist of 30 coins, a series that Álex de la Iglesia has written – together with Jorge Guerricaechevarría – and which he will direct this year for HBO Europe. It thus becomes the second Spanish fiction that the American chain has announced after Homeland. The series, which will include its protagonists with Macarena Gómez, will have eight episodes and will be produced by Pokeepsie Films.
