The airline Air Europe announced this Wednesday the cancellation of operations scheduled for September for flights to and from Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay and Peru. The company has explained that this decision occurs due to the closure of passenger traffic due to the pandemic in some countries of America.

Specifically, the flights covered routes between Madrid and Asunción, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Lima and Medellín.
Notwithstanding, and subject to the pertinent approvals, Air Europa will carry out weekly repatriation flights to these countries. In addition, the rest of the long-haul flights, on regular flights to America and during September, continue to operate normally to Guayaquil, Miami, New York, Quito, San Pedro Sula, Santo Domingo and Sao Paulo.
