This is stated in the text agreed by these formations based on a non-law proposal promoted by the PNV to demand the extraordinary reservation of places for more veteran interns in public employment calls, in order to stabilize temporary employment.

The initiative, which will be put to the vote of the Plenary of Congress and will foreseeably be approved this Thursday, calls on the Government to "urgently promote a consensual reform" of the Basic Statute of Public Employees to respond to these sentences and "to address the problem of temporality in public employment ".

Finally, the proposal calls for the articulation of "efficient and effective basic legal responses to stabilize jobs, after dialogue with the autonomous communities and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), as well as with the trade union centrals."

Finally, it calls for avoiding the generation of new temporary public employment exchanges "by intensifying controls on public managers in relation to non-compliance with the regulatory provisions on temporary public employment."
