The Swedish Civil Guard has arrested a man for his involvement in several crimes of mistreatment in the family in the town of Sueca (Valencia). La Benemérita learned through Social Services staff of the City of Sueca and a witness of the alleged crime of gender violence.
As reported by the armed institute, the witness witnessed a great discussion between the couple, seeing how the detainee assaulted and insulted the woman and her daughters. Then he denounced the facts anonymously.
The agents in charge of the protection of victims of gender violence moved to the residence in which the victim resides. There they observed that the woman and her children, minors, took packages in a hurry and loaded them in a van with intention to go to Ciudad Real. The oldest daughter reported that they were running away from their father because they had been locked for days without being able to go outside.
The victim also reported that last Saturday she had a strong argument and was attacked by her husband. He showed an injury due to the blows. He also explained that Assaulted two of his daughters.
Once the victims were protected, the Swedish Civil Guard moved to a local establishment for the arrest of the alleged perpetrator, a 40-year-old man of Moroccan nationality, for the crimes of mistreatment in the family, crime of breach of sentence and crime against freedom.
The proceedings have been made available to the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 4 of Sueca.
