The Civil Guard has arrested a 37-year-old man, of Romanian nationality, as the alleged perpetrator of the violent death of a 36-year-old man of Spanish nationality whose body appeared on the outskirts of the Toledo town of Bargas, with 10,000 inhabitants.

When the agents and medical services went to the indicated place - a stream next to a local road that leads to the Toledo municipalities of Yunclillos and Villamiel - they found the lifeless body of a man, a resident of Yunclillos, with signs of violence that the tied feet and wounds in the arms for having been handcuffed previously.

The confessed author of the crime was handed over to the Investigating Court number 2 of Toledo, which ordered his provisional admission to a reported prison without bail as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide. The agents in charge of the investigation located and inspected the vehicle of the confessed author of the crime in the vicinity of the event, as well as the murder weapon.
