A legacy to discover

Ángeles Jurado did not know the year in which her friend was born. It was 1954. The Arona sun struck the white complexion and greenish eyes of a woman who would become one of the most important cultural activists in the Archipelago and a writer who surpassed Atlantic times. The ink ran and took the 2022 Canary Islands Day of Letters, dedicated to the journalist Dolores Campos-Herrero, an honor that recognizes her involvement in the literary growth of the Islands and the generosity that she directed her life.
