A hundred people have demonstrated this Saturday in Madrid to "walk together and together for a life worthy of being lived" and put in value the social gains achieved in recent decades.
Under the motto "Walking for equality, rights and freedoms", the demonstration has moved from the Glorieta de Ruiz Jiménez (San Bernardo) to the Plaza de Callao.
One of the spokespersons of the march, José Coy, told Efe that this march is for those people who "do not want to give up in the face of an uncertain future" and thus push for "things to change in favor of the social majorities" .
Redistributing wealth, conquering rights, recovering the planet, defending the public and fighting for a dignified life have been the key points around which the demands of this manifestation have revolved.
"If we move, we change all", "not nuclear" or "we want a clean pose" have been some of the slogans that have been read on the placards of the protesters.
